I think that in the newest version of ENVI-met the results are also provided in netcd file.
Where is this file save or how can I get this file? I have already looked for it in the output folder and I have not found it?

I generated the 3D trees with albero and they were saved in the user database. As I do not know how the user database works I added the new trees to the sysbasedata.
