Dear AD,
Yes, you can simply select the level you would like to look at. In the DataNavigator under "Define Type and Position of View Plane", you can choose the wished level.
Best,
Laura

Re: Scale of trees in Albero
Dear Tara,
It is no problem to adapt a tree in Albero at your liking. You can simply delete cells on the edges to reach the wished width.
If it looks fine to you in 3D, there should be no issues.
Best,
Laura

Re: Values of Direct shortwave radiation
Dear Maryamsh, It is possible that the direct shortwave radiation does not reach that point due to the buildings surrounding it. How high are they, might they be casting a shade with the sun slowly rising in the morning? You can have a look at this in the radiation output, here you can see that data...

Re: Full forcing/basic version
Dear Samain, The Full Forcing should be available for the Student Version, do you have your software registered? When running the simulation, the Full Forcing will be used for all of your simulation hours. In the screenshot you provided, it simply shows your start time and underneath the simulation ...

Re: Meteorological variable
Dear ad2020, Which kind of boundary condition did you use? If you use Full Forcing (which makes the most sense if you have input data from a fixed weather station) you can adapt the measuring height. In Simple Forcing the temperature and RH are also indicated at 2 m height, simply the wind is at 10 ...

Re: error loading csv data.
Dear Or,
There are still several issues with the CSV file:
1. The time format needs to be hh:mm:ss
2. There is an additional , at the end of each line, that needs to be removed.
3. The date format needs to be DD.MM.YYYY
Best,
Laura

Re: error loading csv data.
Hello, The file you have sent is a *.XLS file and not a *.CSV, please convert it to a CSV-file. In addition, the air temperature is expected in K and not in °C. You will also need to adapt that. Otherwise the file looks fine. Once you have a CSV file and converted the air temperature it should work....

Re: Madel without metirial data
Dear Or, You can of course run a simulation without any extra elements in order to get a first overview of the model area. The default material defined in your INX file will then be used as building material. However, the results may of course differ once you add vegetation and change building mater...

Re: Envi guide
Hi,
It is not possible to edit the radiation in this field as it is a preview of the values calculated by the location and simulation date defined in your INX.
If you have your own radiation data and would like to use it, you can use Full Forcing.
Best,
Laura

Re: Envi guide
Hi, 1 - when Simple Forcing is used, the same wind speed is used as input throughout the simulation. So it would make sense to use the average. 2 - when changing something on the bottom, you need to click Create T/rH data. If you update something on the right, it might make sense to update the graph...

Re: Problem exporting surfaces to Spaces
Hi Bill, It seems to me as if you do not export the surface data to the INX file. When clicking "Create ENVI-met Model..." make sure to check your modelling layer that contains the surface information. You will of course have to classify your attribute and create a modelling layer from your GIS laye...

Re: Error:humidity for 2500m set
Hello, I have just tried it out in the ENVIguide and I do not get the error if I create a new SIMX file, use the Intermediate mode and Simple Forcing. Did you load an already existing file or did you create a new one? Please make sure to create a new file on the first page and to not click on Load s...

Re: Error:humidity for 2500m set
Hello, It seems that the humidity values in 2500 m height contains invalid values in the SIMX file you chose. When creating a new file, it is automatically set to a fitting value, so I assume that you loaded a already existing file. This error message occurs if the value is lower than 1 or higher th...

Re: panic dump error by water spray parameterization
Dear Jakob, you are right, I completely understand that that is confusing. However, the unit for other possible user pollutants is µg/s and only water spray expects g/s. As waterspray is not "officially released" and rather a special feature, we have not changed that yet. I agree though that blue in...

Re: panic dump error by water spray parameterization
Dear Jakob, The unit for waterspray is g/s, so if you put 1.39 in it should run without any error. And just FYI: If you have the Special ID of 1, it is treated as a water fountain, so the spray is emitted from 0-4 m in your case. If you choose the Special ID 2, it is only emitted at a height of 4 m ...
