Hi,

Simply enable NetCDF outputs before starting the simulation and you won't have to convert them afterwards.

You need to specify the path to the atmosphere folder not to the file.

Best regards,
Tim

Thank you for your soon answer. What if I have already simulated my project? Can I still create NetCDF files from the EDX files? How exactly and with which program do I have to go there?

Hi,

That was the second sentence of my answer :D
Use the deprecated program of the screenshot above. Don't link the path to the EDX file but the whole folder of output files such as atmosphere.

Tim

Hi,

They are added within the folder that you specified, if you enter e.g. the full path an then atmosphere, the atmosphere outputs are calculated and added to the atmosphere folder.
In your newest screenshot, the path only shows to the main output folder but not to atmosphere.

Tim

Tim,
Thank you very much for your quick and detailed help! It's worked out ! :-) :-)
I can then evaluate the output files with R, right? Or could I also open the received nc. files with Envi-met?

Hi,

No, they need to be opened by third party software like R or ParaView, QGIS... etc.
